1. Who we are

This website is operated by Manna Media ("Manna Media," "we," "us," or "our"), a faith-forward creator management company based in Nashville, Tennessee. You can contact us at bookings@mannamedia.co.

2. What this website is

The website provides information about Manna Media and lets brands submit partnership inquiries and creators submit applications to be considered for representation. The website itself is informational and is not an offer of representation, employment, or any contract.

3. No guarantee of representation or results

Submitting a creator application or a brand inquiry does not create an agency relationship, partnership, or contract, and does not guarantee representation, a brand deal, placement, income, or any specific result. Any working relationship between you and Manna Media is established only through a separate, signed written agreement. Until such an agreement exists, no obligations are created by your use of this site.

4. Eligibility

This site is for adults 18 and over only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use this site or submit a form. We do not permit anyone under 18 to use the site or transact with us, and (consistent with COPPA) the site is not directed to children under 13. 5. Your submissions

When you submit information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit anyone else's personal information without their permission. You grant us permission to use the information you submit to evaluate it and to contact you about it. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Connecting your social accounts. If you connect an Instagram, TikTok, or other social account, you authorize Manna Media to read data from that account (your profile, content, and performance metrics) for the purpose of representing you. This access is read-only — we cannot post to, modify, message from, or control your account — and you may revoke it at any time through the platform's settings or by emailing us. You confirm the connected account is yours and that you have the right to authorize this access.

6. Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, design, the Manna Media name, the "M" monogram and logo, and all related marks — are owned by Manna Media or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload harmful code, or to scrape, overload, or interfere with the site or its security.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or services we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we do not guarantee any outcome from contacting us or applying.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manna Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Manna Media harmless from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
