Who we are
Manna Media ("Manna Media," "we," "us," or "our") is a faith-forward creator management company based in Nashville, Tennessee. This policy covers mannamedia.co and the forms on it. You can reach us anytime at bookings@mannamedia.co.
Information you give us
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms or by email. Depending on the form, that may include:
- Brand & partnership inquiries. Your company, name, email, budget range, the creator niches you're interested in, your campaign goals, and any message you write.
- Creator applications. Your name and contact details, your social platforms and handles, audience and engagement information, and the other details requested in the application form so we can evaluate a potential fit.
- Direct messages. Anything you include when you email us or reply to us.
Connecting your social accounts (creators)
If you join our roster, you may choose to connect your social accounts (such as Instagram or TikTok) so we can represent you accurately. This is optional and uses each platform's official, secure authorization:
- Read-only access. When you connect, you grant us permission to read data only. We cannot post, edit, delete, message, or change anything on your account — the access is technically limited to reading.
- We never see your password. You authorize the connection on Instagram's or TikTok's own login screen, not on our site. We receive only a secure, revocable access token.
- What we read. Your public profile and handle, your posts/media, and your performance metrics (such as followers, reach, views, and engagement). We use this to build your media kit, calculate fair rates, and match you with brands that fit your audience.
- How it's stored. Access tokens are stored securely (encrypted) and used only for the purposes above. We do not sell this data or share it beyond matching you with prospective brand partners.
- You stay in control. You can disconnect at any time from your Instagram or TikTok settings, or by emailing us. Revoking access immediately stops any further reading, and we delete the stored token and associated data on request.
Our use of Instagram data complies with the Meta Platform Terms, and our use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. We use this information solely to provide creator-management services to you.
Data deletion
To remove data we hold about you — including any connected-account data — email bookings@mannamedia.co with the subject line "Data Deletion," or disconnect our app from your Instagram/TikTok settings. We will delete your stored access tokens and associated data and confirm when it's done.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, in routine server logs used for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. We do not run third-party ad pixels or behavioral trackers. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use your information
- To respond to brand inquiries and evaluate creator applications.
- To introduce and match brands with values-aligned creators.
- To communicate with you about your inquiry or application.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information.
How your information is handled
Our website and form submissions are hosted and processed through our hosting provider (Netlify), which stores submissions on our behalf so we can review them. Inquiries may then be routed into our internal systems to manage and respond. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts. These providers process limited data only to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and application information for as long as needed to evaluate it and stay in touch about a potential working relationship, and then no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights & choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared, or to stop contacting you. Just email bookings@mannamedia.co and we'll honor your request. If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA) or in the EU/UK (GDPR), you have additional rights over your data; we extend the same core rights to everyone regardless of where you live.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you share. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.
Children's privacy
This website and our services are intended for adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age, consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are under 13, please do not use this site or submit any information through it.
This site and our services are intended only for adults 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use this site or submit any application or inquiry. We do not accept applications or inquiries from anyone under 18.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at bookings@mannamedia.co and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolve. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page.
